  1. My doc has always said not to think of exercise but as movement. And try to do more movement than the day before. I don't jump in a treadmill or workout at a gym but just moving around the house with my two little ones and walks in the park are doing it for me.

  3. What is your exercise regime like? Are you feeling restricted?
  4. I had my surgery on Aug 21, 2012 and have been experiencing massive amounts of hair loss. It's gotten so bad my husband has to unclog the shower drain 1-2 times a week. Thankfully I had a ton of hair but I wonder when this is going to stop! Anyone else experience this and what did you do???
