  1. It's a real eye opener. I had my lap band done in February of 2011. I feel fantastic. I went from a size 22 to a size 8/10 and 90lbs lost. I only have 15/20 to get to my goal. Currently i'm 165. I was about 178-180 for a while then recently I went down to 165. I'll take it. I wish I didn't have big legs to start but in any case I'm glad I can shop at a regular section in the store and NOT the "Womens" department. Keep your snacking to a minimum, watch your portions, make sure you take your vitamins and get your protein!! Good luck and enjoy your new body!
