  1. This "fee" has nothing to do with what the insurance pays the surgeon.. This was paid directly from me to my surgeon! grrrrr
  2. Yes I also had to pay my surgeon a $3000 "fee" My insurance is paying 100% of my surgery.This "fee" has nothing to do with the insurance. I was told it was for follow up support for lifetime! Not for fills or office visits just for once a month support meetings. I was NOT happy to say yhe least when I found out about this but I did not want to rock the boat since after almost 1 year my surgery is finally April 2nd!
