  5. Hey welcome ....so ur not starving that feeling is because obviously ur not used to the liquid diet....try tea and add lemon ...let me know if it helps it helped me..I also drink the tea at night ...I know its hard..but just think on the future outcome! !

    Kah I still haven't had my first fill yet......thanksgiving was good...I ate a lil of everything...when I say a lil I mean like a teaspoon..it really wasn't that bad as I thought it would be

    That's great I only lost 12 pounds which is frustrating, plus I haven't got my first fill n keep thinking about food which I know its a mental thing..am tryin my best to hang in there..but I join the gym so that's good news

Keep up the great work!....as for me the tea didn't work till I put some lemon on it.....the first time I made tea n drank it, I was still hungry....n I ate :-( n as one of u guys said this is a addiction a horrible one, I try again the next day tea with lemon n it work...:-)..... am jst a lil nervous since thanksgiving is coming up...not jst on the food....but the relatives comments...such as u still look the same since its only been a month n I only lost 12 pounds....I jst wish they knew how hrd it is....!
  11. From what I know some patients do not do to well with water..and am one of those patients....so for some reason I will only drink water when its real cold or after a meal n it works for me...

  19. Yes that just means ur full and ur eating to much, be careful because if it continues u might throw up, like what happen to me last week. :-/
  20. Hi am new got lap band on oct 24....and its only been 3 weeks and I feel very hungry so I ate yesterday...food went down fine, but now am still hungry.....and am scared to eat since dr said to wait 4 weeks is this normal,...plus my stomach looks very swollen
