  1. I had my surgery on yesterday and was really afraid, because of what I heard about the gas pains. I am pleased to announce I have not experienced any gas pains yet, I am taking the liquid pain medication because of the incisions.... I have been sipping on chicken broth, V8, Water and today I had a Protein shake. So far so good...
  2. Hello all, I am brand new to the band. I was banded this morning. I struggled last night, but I made it through. When I arrived at the surgicenter this morning. I was dehydrated and after surgery I was really dehydrated. Overall I am doing well. Sipping on chicken broth and drinking water. My mom purchased me some sugar free popsicles. I am going to do my best to follow the rules. I wish you all well.
