  3. I am new to the forum. I am ready for my surgery but Hurricane Sandy cause my hospital to be evacuated 3 days before my surgery was due to take place and now am waiting for another hospital to give clearance to use their facilities. So I am very anxious. And nervous I may add. I'm wondering if this was a message to me...??? I have told friends and family about the surgery. I am not embarrassed by it. I have tried other ways to lose weight but it just doesn't work. So I am proud to say I am having the surgery. It isn't the "easy way out". It takes alot to stick to this plan. My family and friends support me and my decision and are cheering me on!
