My name is Alicia, I am 38 and have been stuck in a fat girls body all my life!! I continued to get larger and larger over the last 2 years. I have always had an amazing support team! lucky I know! I have an amazing husband that loves me regardless of my size, and a sister that has always been the best cheerleader! My husband and I have tried for 4 year to get pregnant- no such luck! Most doctors say in a nice low tone voice " maybe if you lose some weight it might happen- So I began this journey on August 11,2012- with my first doctor appointment- I was sold!! Surgery was October 12, 2012- I am 1month post surgery and down 31lbs!! I have more energy than I know what to do with- I am so super excited of what the future holds!!!!
