  1. Thank you for your help. I am new to the forum and just working it all out. I am going to take a look at the links now. X
  2. I take a multi vitamin everyday, as advised to do so.
  3.    BeeKipp reacted to a post in a topic: Day 3 and I feel a little dizzy
  4. I was feeling dizzy and spaced out after my surgery and my nutritionist said it could either be dehydration and suggested I drank more water or, if you suffer from high blood pressure this is a normal reaction to the sudden weight loss. Whatever it was, it disappeared after 10days. If you're concerned speak to your doctor or nutritionist. U hope you feel better soon. Kerry
  5. Evening all. I had my band fitted just over 6 Weeks ago. I followed the diet plan and went from fluids to mushy and then to solids, but was surprised by how little restriction there was when I started on the solids. I was able to eat more than the recommened amount and I was beginning to wonder if they actually remembered to put the band in.....lol. Anyway after feeling really well and not having any of the common side effects I resigned myself to the fact that for me, the band won't work until I have a fill, which I haven't had yet. Now all of a sudden, I have restriction, I can only managed a few mouthfuls before I start to feel sick and really full. I'm pleased I now have restriction, but don't understand how I can go from one day eating a normal meal, to the next day not being able to eat more than a few bites. Has it worked this way for anybody else?
