hi there i was just looking a round seen your post for aug 2005 and i thought i would look and see whats up with you . well i was banded aug 2005 and did really good i have kept off 80lbs since about may of 2006 and it is 2009 almost 4 years. i had surgery june 18 2009 and i will be off all summer . i drive school bus . so i thought that i was ready to get back on the right track and now that i started eating the right way and drinking the Water and taking my dogs for walks again. i am down 92 lbs and my goal is before school starts again to make that 100lbs mark. and i know i can do it .

i was going too bed one night and i always sleep with a fan on but this night it was reallly cold and so i turned the fan facing out the bedroom door .i had wrote in my diary and put on the floor rightr under my bed (it was just a paper book) and when i turned out the lights i could hear the paper flopping back and fourth and so i turned the lights on too see and the fan was turned back facing me again . but i had heard that some one died in that house so i guess he didnt like being cold either. and then my sister s father in law died a few years before this happened . she woke up it was five mins before 8 am and she always gets up by then . well she said she was woke up by papa was hollering at her DEB GET UP GET THE BOYS OUT . he loved them boys sooooo much . and she woke and was able too get the boys out on the roof and wait for the fire department .

i am just so happy with myself .i am down 77lbs so far and loving it. :banana :banana :banana :banana :banana :banana today i went in to my closets and cleaned them out again second time this year .got rid of the last big ones they are just to big and sloppy looking . and i wasnt really wearing them any ways . and then went over too another closet with some old things in it and brought out stuff i havnt worn in so long . and could put most of thenm on again it bend years but i allways kept my old jeans because jeans never go out of style . and they fit i was so surprised i jsut couldnt believe it i had the biggest smile on my face . so proud of myself . I LOVE MY BAND AND NO ONE CAN TAKE IT FROM ME . i am so happy i had my second fill on 6/18 /04 and i am going down really good it is about a lb every two days as of today 13 lbs sinece then so as of today i am down 71 lbs and loving it . i am so happy i did this lapband . :D :D :banana :banana :banana :banana :banana :banana

well my honey tells every one how i eat a little bowl of food and he has a big oh plate full he saids he feels like a pig but he is a little man too .i love it because the weight is coming offf yawhoooo.down 61lbs in 6 months

no pop at all sorry look at it this way you are bigger then that little can of pop and it is not calling you find something esle to drink that you will enjoy much better and it will be better for you tooo .if you are not going too follow the rules why did you get the band in the frist place. drink tht water and lose that weight you want too lose

i just found this site . i was banded last aug 25,2003 and i started out at 306 and as of today i am down too 245 so that is 61 bls and i fell great . i have had one fill and that was 1.5 in dec 23,2003 and still doing very good about 2 lbs every week . i just got reed of my size 3xs clothes (that was very hard for me to do ) but i sure do like it when people see me that has not seen me i awhile and tell how great i look and every time i go over too my sister house her husband has too take a picture of me and puts it in his computer and shows me the file to show me how much i am melting as he calls it . my family is very supportive.
