    I had my psych eval. today & I thought it went well. I was hoping to be done with this step in the process, but I also have to take a personality assessment. Have any of you been through this? I'm nervous, because I don't know what personality traits they're looking for.

    Hi Katie, My name is Laura, & I live in Ft. Wayne too. I'm just starting out on the Lap-band journey, but my surgeon of choice is Dr. Sloan w/ Indiana Surgical Specialist. He & his staff have been personable, supportive, & overall helpful. Hope this helps, good luck w/ Laura Y

    My Dr. just referred me for the surgery, but I don't know what will be covered by my insurance and what won't. Anyone else have both medicare & medicaid? I'd like to know if the pre-surgery, surgery, &/or fill-ins are covered? Thanks
