i am in my last month the last class is the 23rd, i had my psychological evaluation this past Wednesday and she said i was a go on her end, and my consult with the surgeon is may 7th then they send everything to insurance.

The psychological evaluation is easy, i have my consult un about 4 weeks then they send everything to insurance

I hope i get approved after my consult in about 4 eeeks

I have bcbs of wv, u will have to have 6 months of classes which is 1 class a month and a psychological evaluation...my last class is the 23rd and i just had my evaluation.

I just hope i get approved...

im kind of nervous about the consult with the surgeon, i dont know what is going to happen... but if everything goes well i should hopefully get a date next month sometime.....

My weight has been goin up and down for months and i started birth control this month and i have like 5 lbs of retained water weight that i cnt get rid of.

I just dnt want to go through all of this and then not get approved...i cnt do this on my own

I have only lost a few pounds since i started class, and now my weight keeps going up and down...it is really hard for me to lose weight.

It is 45.2... im 274, i dont have periods, insulin resistant, borderline diabetic,

I just have a feeling that they are going to say its not medically necessary for me to have it even with the problems i have

I just have a feeling they are goin to denie me after all this crap

Anyone else in the 6 month class journey for approval??

i live in huntington, and im in the process of getting sleeved...i have 1 more class out of 6 then my psych eval then the wait for approval...

I have the insurance through my dad he has a contract with insurance...

Called my insurance this morning, they cover 80% of surgery.i would need to pay $3,000 and my deductable is $1,500

Im trying not to worry...

Just worried that insurance will denie me
