  1. Good for you! After all this is private information about your health...HIPPA rules and all. If someone notices your weight loss, and they will, just say you are on a high protein diet under a doctor's care.
  2. I still remember an instruction from Maxine, my WWs leader, when there is leftover cake put it in the sink and water it! This is strangely satisfying!
  3. Hiya Lcuy, Aqua here. I had lapband mid Oct and am looking for a walking buddy. I have gone on MJH trails. Very pleasant. Like to join me?
  4. Hi Justbk, I like unjury too. You can get it online at their website or I noticed that amazon.com sells it too. Recently I have been using a Sam's Club brand that I/we think is pretty good. It only comes in one flavor, kinda vanilla-like, and dissolves pretty well. The stats are: Protein - 23g Carbs - 3g Fat - 1.5g General rule of thumb (as told to me by my doctor) is single-digit carbs, double-digit protein.
  5. Hi, I had surgery on 10/16...many of same feelings...cannot underestimate the effects of anesthesia...also, I'm pretty sure that I was the goalie in an ice hockey game while under general...or I was the puck ! Walking helps...sitting aggravated me. I went shopping and pushed a cart around.
