So yeah I forgot to mention I did slip up. I had a bologna sandwich which I don't even eat much bologna and a hot dog but I guess I am still showing progress with the 5 pounds I'm going to do better this week. -

Hello 23rd bandsters so it's been a week now since I have started up the optiFast and I have lost 5 pounds. hope that's good progress I really hate the soup love the shakes but hate the soup so I replace my soup with go Campbells soup and it's pretty good and I'm still under the 1000 calorie mark each day. anybody else like the soup tell me what I can do to make it better -
