  3. I was also banded on1/31 and my scale has gone up a couple of lbs too. I thought it was b/c I have had 3 periods since surgery. Each time its heavier. Idk what else to do. I'm walking and eating ok except getting all my protein in. Maybe that's it for me, I need more protein? Anyway sounds like you are doing the right things maybe you are gaining muscle and that's where the lbs are coming from. Good luck.
  4. I also had pains on my left side. I am one week post op. My Dr. Said it was nerve endings and that it will take a little time to get back to normal. Hope this helps.
  5. Thanks. My husband had the sleeve done 2 weeks ago and is doing great. So I thought I would be getting around better than he did with less pain. I haven't used gas x yet. But the stretching is worse part for me.

  7. I will try that on my incisions. I sleep with heating pad on my chest and that seems to help but now neck and shoulder are stiff. I was just thinking I must be a lot different from everyone b/c some people go back to work in a couple of days and I couldn't imagine that right now.
  8. I'm new here. My surgery was Jan. 31. I'm havin a lot of pulling on incisions when I stand and gas on left shoulder and neck.
