Harrisburg and Philly here! Hi all! I live in the Harrisburg area and work in Philly 2 weeks per month. I had my surgery 8/28/12. Great to see people close!

Hi Dawn! I did a lot of research between the sleeve and the bypass and decided to go with the sleeve because it was less invasive. I had absolutely no complications at all and feel fantastic! I was up and about within 2 hours of my surgery. Talk to your doctor and see what he/she feels is the best option for you. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask! Maxx

None at all! It's a process to start, but if you follow your doctors directions you will have no problems. Just eat slow. One thing that has really helped me is using baby silver wear. It helped me control my bite size.

You will do fantastic! I had the sleeve done and had no issues at all. I wish I had known about this app before my surgery. It's great to have a support group!
