  3. Cheznoel, you are exactly right that is what I should be eating. I was just craving mashed potatoes because I haven't had any since September 4th I will do better I promise. so how will I know I'm full and when to stop eating, because like I said I feel bloated before I start
  4. I just had my surgery November eighth and I'm in the mushy stage, should I be measuring what I eat? I feel kind of bloated before I even start to eat, so I'll eat a little bit but the feeling don't change. Like tonight I ate a little bit of mash potatoes , it was around a 1/4 of a cup. I could have ate more but I was scared I was eating too much already

  10. Thanks Mis73, I've been holding off the pain pills all day. I did take 1 hour ago and the pain is subsiding
  11. Mis72, yes it's under my left arm way above the pain. Do you think the pain is where the band is?

  13. I just had my surgery, hernia and my lap band on the 8th of November . I've done pretty well but today I'm hurting pretty bad on my left lower side just below the ribcage. Is this normal? is this were the top of my stomach is? I know that sound stupid but I really don't know. If anybody could help please comment, thank you

  16. Actually I'm not in any pain so I'm really not using pain pills, and I have been outta bed since I got home except for sleeping at night. But thanks SandyC2 it is getting better though.
  17. anybody having problems urinating after surgery? I've been drinking g2 Gatorade all day yesterday and today and cannot urinate but trickles at a time. What can I do?

Stowesuka, yeah I understand what you're saying but I really had no choice but to tell him because he's my business partner, and if I just didn't tell him, I'm sure he would wonder what was going on after I didn't show up for 2 weeks. HAHA.But yeah that's a good suggestion and I might even try it! Thanks for the advice.

  21. Banjo257, yes I play the Piano. I also play for our church, I play Guitar and Bass too, but not at the same time ,ha ha. I write music some, like to play jass but I mostly play Gospel. As far as concerts, I use to play for a country groups at Dollywood and recording studios for a living. I also like to sing. But now I like to use my talant for God. :-)
