Yay! Welcome and Congrats!

I have PCOS and Husband and I have been TTC for almost 2 years. Was banded a week ago and excited for when we can't start TTC again :-D Very Positive

He was very nice, didn't get to see him much but when I did he was very nice.

Got banded yesterday and I am doing well. In pain but getting through it. Trying to figure out if I am hungry or if it is just a habbit thing. Figured it might take me a few days to get that straight. lol Overall though a good Surgery. :-)

Surgery went well. I showed up @ 10:30am and was out by 2:30pm I think. Having a rough night tonight, pain in stomach and shoulder sucks and nausea. Sleeping on your back sucks! I have been waking up every hour or so. Trying to get sleepy so I can go lay back down.

I am getting mine done only half through my insurance. So it only took a week to get an answer.

Just found out this morning I was approved for my surgery! September 28th is the day I get banded and I am ECSTATIC!! :wub:

I am getting my procedure done in 3 weeks on September 28th with True Results. I am a 28 year old female. I am looking for a Mentor or Buddy, or both to help be support and a friend through this time. I started my pre-op diet today. Looking forward to chatting.

Good Afternoon Everyone! I am new to this community but wanted to say Hi and I can't wait to get to know new people who are going through what I am! I am getting the Lap-Band procedure done in a little less that 3 weeks, I just got my final approval today! September 28th will be the day! A little about myself... My Husband and I have been trying to convince with fertility issues for 2 years now unnecessarily so this is my way of helping improve my life and our future child's life. My family is great support and everyone is behind me! I am 28 years old and I am a Christian and a Geek, proud of it! I love Video Games :ph34r:, Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Wonder Woman, Star Wars, Game of Thrones. Anything Geeky and I am all for it. :wub: Hope everyone is having a great week! ~Jen
