  1. Thanks for your responses. I guess I will use the calorie king program as it is based on my weight size goals etc where as the 12 week body program is 1200 for everyone. I'll still follow the recipes and exercises though.
  2. I had my band put in 2 years ago and lost 20kg. I am now at a stand still and have decided to try the Michelle bridges 12 week body challenge for a kick start to my next phase. The program says I should only be having 1200 calories a day, yet I have downloaded the calorie king app and it tells me I should be having 1600 calories a day. I don't normally count calories I just stop when I'm full. Can anyone suggest how many I should actually be having?
