  1. Had my first fill today and I feel great. Have to do liquids for the next 2 days. The process of the fill was not bad at all I was really scared, but everything was great.
  2. I didn't get the cheese and lunch meat I did the chicken. I need to do better on my protein though.
  3. I was banded August 30 and I ate a salad from subway I did get full and had a lot of salad left over. Do you all think it was too early to eat salad I am so full . I had an ensure for Breakfast a small mash potatoe from KFC for lunch and the subway salad a small amount. What do you think starting weight 357 pre-op 352 current weight 325.6
  4. I am still doing soft thing today for breakfast I had soupy grits with a little eggs for lunch I had a protein drink and for dinner cream soup. I drink water a g2 Gatorade throughout the day. I just feel as though I should be weighing less like maybe 324 and not 334.
  5. I was banded 8/30/12 and I have been stuck at the same weight I was 357 when I started my pre op. I was 352 when I went to my pre op appt. and now I am 334. I feel like I should be less that what I am. I am scheduled for my first fill 10/8/2012. I am going to ask for the tighes fill ever. I also walk 4 miles 3 days a week what am I doing wrong. I am still eating cream of soups and protein drinks.
  6. Hello Everyone, Today I have been banded for 1 week 1 day. I lost 10lbs during my sugar busters and I finally got the nerve to step on the scale last night and I had lost a total of 12 more lbs for a total of 22 since I have started the process. I am so excited about this new journey and life style.
  7. Hello everyone my surgery date was 08/30/2012 in Macon, GA. I am so excited and anxious at the same time. I started drinking ensure to day as my protein shake what do you think about the ensure?
