Yeah it does thanks I'm trying to avoid sugar like the plague at the moment I'm scared of being sick lol iv read I can have Horlicks light it has sugar but it's low in fat it's nice to chat to someone who has had the same op makes you feel better xx

Ah ok my bfs mum made me some homemade chicken and veg soup I jus had the juices I didn't know if I was getting protein from that or not, mr aguanobi did mine he was very nice sorry to hear the band wasn't successful hope your getting on better with the bypass can't wait till I'm on purée and soft foods lol xx

Also do you know if I could have complan as a protein shake as I'm unsure of what to have seen as I'm on liquid only :/ x

Is it normal when I drink liquids to hear my stomach gurgle all the time feels like I'm jus full of liquid I know I am lol but it's strange :/
