  1. I am also too tight. I was plodding along fine but my dad has been taken seriously ill and my band tightnened to the point where i can get food/liquid down but it just sits there like its nowhere to go, I then have to bring it up. I have been here before with the same symptoms and had to have a defill. As my body had not had decent calories for weeks as soon as I had some taken out and was able to eat my body clung on to those calories for dear life and before I knew it i'd put on 21lb! My symptons are acid reflux, fluid coming down my nose whilst sleeping and when i'm lying down a very annoying chesty cough that sounds like i'm a 60 a day smoker! I know I need a defill but I am hoping it will correct itself as I can't really afford the £80 plus £40 petrol to get there.
