Hi All, I'm new to this app and thought that I might share my story with you all. This month marks the 2 year anniversary of being banded. My life has changed in more ways than just the weightloss. I managed to lose 51kg (approx 112 pounds) and over 2 metres from my body. The weightloss encouraged me to leave an unhappy marriage and try my hand at a career that I didn't think I was smart enough to do. 2 years later and I am in a relationship with my soulmate ( who I might add is 10 years my junior) and am getting paid to do my dream job. I am still trying to get my head around the weightloss and to see myself in a new light. I love shopping for new clothes, knowing that I can walk into any shop and find clothes that fit. My mind is just taking a little bit to catch up, but I'm working on it. I love reading the stories from other bandees. Thanks for reading my story
