  2. I was banded on the 21st and my doctor won't fill me until oct 10th - this period is certainly more difficult than expected. Any tips?
  3. This was super helpful! I was banded the same day and am not able to get a fill per my doctor until 10/10 just trying to power through and take it day by day
  4. I was banded on tues am and have some slight discomfort but the worst is the shoulder pain on the left side. Any advice aside from walking and gasx?
