I am 3 yrs post op (have lost a total of 98 lbs) and had my fourth fill about a month ago. I have been struggling getting anything down! It is that constant battle of trying not to throw up. I'm also experiencing an acid/unsettled feeling in my stomach for a few hours after trying to eat. I'm thinking it may be too tight?? Also, does anyone else ever experience the need to cough during and after meals? I feel like I am drowning in saliva and phlem. Thanks for the help!!

I honestly don't ever eat breakfast. Shame on me, I know. But I do eat lunch standing up because I sometimes don't get a lunch break. Do you struggle with any of the other things I mentioned?

Way to go Ana! That is great. No fills and down 61 lbs.

Also, does anyone else feel that it is easier to eat standing up than sitting down?
