  1. I'll try that thanks for your help !! I appreciate it.. Does anyone know how long it takes for swelling to go down? I'm starting to think that's the problem
  2. Really ong I'm so worried .... I feel like I can feel something there and shocked coz this morning fluids were going down fine. Haven't touched food since Wednesday night !
  3. I've heard papa enzymes too.. Thanks heaps. Have you ever had a block for more than 2 days?
  4. Hi everyone, I am new to this blog but have been banded around 4 years ago. I had complications from the very beginning as it wasn't positioned right... I was always vommiting which resulted in a slip. I was banded again June last year and have only now gotten to a stage where I feel restricted. I have 6.25ml in the band. I am blocked for the first time ever! 2 nights ago I had some salmon and don't think it went down well. The next day I couldn't drink much without bringing it up and today, I was ok had a coffee in the morning 600ml Water and some pineapple juice as I've heard this helps. I'm not going in till Monday as I had a scheduled app anyway as my doc wants to see me anyway. Is there anything to help the block !! Pls any help will be appreciated. I've been having small sips of hot water with lemon bit would low if anyone else had any other tips !! Please help!!
