  1. Good luck! I just had surgery 5 days ago. Pre-op diet was tough for me. Totally psychological mind games about food...even though I didn't want to eat it. It seemed to get harder as I entered week 2. Not sure why. Then eventually by day 16...my dr. wouldn't clear me for surgery so I was delayed 3 days. Seriously it was the toughest thing. I lost almost 30 pounds in 2 weeks. I really tried to stick to the diet. I stopped all carbonated drinks cold turkey.
  2. I am 5 days post op and have started taking trader joes chewable Vitamin. Doesn't seem to make me sick like others are having problems with. Just thought I would share.
