  1. Hi! No I wouldnt have to lift if I couldn't. There will be plenty of people to help with that I think. My question is more about the physical pain and mental readiness to start a new job at 2 weeks post surgery....want to know if I am a crazy person for considering it... Thanks! CB
  2. Hi everyone- I need your help. I am scheduled for Gastric Sleeve surgery on August 14. I also was just offered an AMAZING new job today. It is a semi- physical position. I want to tell them that I can start work on Aug 29 (2 weeks post surgery). Is this crazy? Am I trying to do too much? I have the option of bringing in a 'helper' to do any physical work needed in the first week I'm back. I just would like some input from people that have gone through this. I want to be fair to my body, but also be available to start the position as soon as possible. Thanks! CB
