I was dreading going to a Curves only to find out I might be too big. I just received an email back from Curves Corporate abaout weight limits. They state their equiptment can handle up to 450lbs. Yay!

I bought some Isopure fruit flavored drinks today. I really like them so far. They have 40g of protein in about a 12 oz bottle. Hope this helps!
