  5. Well its been 7 weeks since surgery and things are going great. No regrets at all. Starting weight 320 and today 271. So a total loss of 49lbs. I'm able to eat whatever I want just not much. Lol. I even drank a beer without any trouble. Hope everyone is doing well.

  9. I'm on day six post op and I'm still having gas pains. Getting in all my liquids, protien and vitamins. Walk every day. Just wondering if anyone else went through this. Thanks
  10. After you have the sleeve. Memory loss with the ghrelin loss
  11. Ok. So does anyone have any info on ghrelin and if it causes memory loss. Read an article on here earlier and see where some ppl are saying it can cause memory loss. Just curious for info

  14. Went and did my pre op today. Everything went well and will be in surgery on the morning of the 14th. Nervous but excited
  15. Just wondering if anyone else was told they didn't have to do a Pre op. my surgeon is at a center of excellence and told me I could eat up until midnight the night before surgery,. I just find it odd after seeing everyone doing the Pre op diets

  18. Thanks. I deal with anesthesia pretty well. Just a million questions I want the answer too. Lol. I just want to be able to live a normal life afterwards, I love hunting and fishing and anything outdoors and want to be able to continue without hesitations.
  19. Thanks for replying. I'm not to nervous about going under it's the coming back. And I had surgery before and the surgeon said nothing about clots. No socks or anything about preventing them.
  20. Hi. I'm scheduled for the sleeve on the 14th of august. Just wondering if anyone on here was worried about the anesthesia or blod clots after surgery.
