  3. So I decided to go to Tijuania, Mexico for my sleeve. BCBS was taking forever to approve me so I had decided to go through a company called Ready 4 a Change. It was less than $4500 and the process from start to finish took about a week. We are staying at the nicest hotel, the Marriotj and the hospital was clean and quaint itself. But now is where my worry sets in at. I have questions about dieting, exercising and just tons of other questions. Like when can I start working out and what can I do to expedite my weight loss?
