    Hi I am getting sleeved on August 13th. I just started my liquid diet. Yuck. I found optifast to be tolerable compared to what I was drinking yesterday. I could barely keep down the whey vanilla protein shake, it was horrible. So glad to hear that optifast is ok for preop liquid diets.
