  1. Hi everyone I have been reading here for a couple weeks and I think it is Amazing how supportive you all are. The things I need to know are: - understood we must follow a diet but does that mean no more chocolate or wine ever again??? Sounds crazy but I'm an obese lady and would love to have a tool to help me but I seriously never want to have that last taste of sweets! I am active but hypothorid so the weight is going no where! I'm thinking lap band may be a great tool to help with portions and the like but after reading... I'm thinking no one here enjoys A treat every now and then.... Good if you can do without... Great actually! But I simply don't know a life without a sweet treat at night! Hence my obesity! Any and all advice... I would love to change but what you all have accomplished seems such a dream to me!
