  1. Hi Celaine, I received a reply advising me to go back to a full liquid diet for 3 to 4 days which should include Protein shakes. What do you think? I am going to try it for a while and see what happens.
  2. I am 2.5 months post op and STUCK in a weigh range between 320 - 321. My diet is a mix of tuna, eggs, beans, fruit. Low Sodium V-8 juice and 2 Chike brand protein shakes per day. (BTW, has anyone tired this brand, it is GREAT tasting) My weekly workout routine when I can fit it in consist of cardio 30 mins, resistance training 3days and lap swimming 2 days. Any one have suggestions how to move past this plateau? Please email me at kvbinns@gmail.com
  3. Hi All, I am 2.5 months post op and I finally found a Protein mix I can tolerate, I used the very vanilla flavor and mix with fruit, almond milk, and ice to make a great tasting smoothie. My concern is I am at a weight loss plateau and cannot seem to move. My weight is fluctuating between 320-321 and cannot seem to break the teens. I have a shake in the morning and one in the evening. My diet is a mix of tuna, eggs, Beans, fruit. My workout routine consist of cardio 30 mins, resistance training 3days and lap swimming 2 days. Any one have suggestions how to move past this plateau?
