Thanks for the replies! It's good to know what others have experienced. I'm in this for the long run, so I have every intention of following my doctor's orders to a "T"! The liquid pain reliever knocks me out, but I think I'll deal with it for a few more days until the shoulder pain goes away. I haven't been nauseous at all - in fact, I haven't had an appetite at all yet either! (Hope that lasts!)

I, too, was banded on 7-19. I'm continuing to have shoulder pain and wondering if I should be. I haven't taken any pills except for chewable multivitamin. Are you still having shoulder/gas pains? Or pains in your stomach?
