  1. Good luck and blessings, don't worry, you're going to be OK. Don't believe what they say on TV or people say about Mexico being an unsafe country, Mexico is as unsafe as it is USA or any other country, i live in Florida and i had my sleeve surgery done in Tijuana as well 7 months ago and it was the best experience ever!
  2. Hi girls, i am 40 now and got sleeved in july. My concern its also my biological clock so i asked my dr. right before to get into the operation room when can i start trying to have a baby and he said 6 months after the surgery. This month i start again with Clomid(i did Clomid couple of times before the surgey) and trying to get ready for that baby! What i need now is a nutriologist who can help me out with my pregnancy nutrition and to eat correctly so i wont gain a lot or gain weight only for the baby.
  3. Howdy everybody! i came from Florida and I am so happy to be good and feeling great in my 3rd post surgery day (i had the gastric sleeve on july 20th in Tijuana Mexico), i still have poor energy but let me tell you something...don't try to keep you alive shewing just popcicles and ice cubes, after your 2nd or 3rd post surgery say you can have also apple juice, broth, gatorade....and guess what i got that gave me high recover and energy??!! LowFat Milk-Low Sugar Protein shakes! that has been helping me a lot, also for helping you to burp CHEW GUM!, try to walk a little more so all that air and gases will come out some how, in one way from another, believe me! I am here for you if any of you need some of my personal advices that im using to relieve my self (and i will love to hear about yours too!) I am gonna miss you all, God bless US and help us out in this beginning of our new lifes. Cheers and tumbs up for all of you guys! Peace, love and respect  Evy
