Attention ! Australian Sleevers
A good dietician does need to offer you information and support for the 2 weeks pre op and especially every week for the for 4-6 weeks post period during the transition period. I am 10 months put and still see a dietician once per month although have just changed the next appointment to every second month. Good luck!

Misty, lime or lemon works but I also find drinking it cold also helps make the water go down. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

They are both beautiful, but Ruby is so perfect and tiny. She looks like she is enjoying her cuddle with Mummy. What a precious little darling.- Attention ! Australian Sleevers

Hi Kitikat, good to hear you are in Brisbane. I am sitting in a cafe on Racecourse Rd Ascot waiting for a friend who is going to have a sleeve done later this year. I recently changed dieticians and highly recommend my new one. Her name is Diane Barr and she is based at the Wesley. There are subtle differences between nutrition for those with a sleeve versus those with bands and she specialises in this aspect. She has helped me to stop stalling and to keep the weight loss ticking away. A few of us in Brisbane meet sometimes, so we would love to see you too is you are interested. Where do you live and work??- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
Hi Kitikat, you have certainly been on an interesting journey and good on you for making the decision to get the sleeve. We are all very positive on this thread and love our sleeves. It will be so much simpler for you than the band was and also it's a permanent tool/solution to keeping the weight off which is ultimately what we are all looking for. I look forward to hearing how you re progressing.- Attention ! Australian Sleevers

You look fantastic Lissa, what a transformation. Are you under 100kgs now???- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
FYI, I bought these plates too. I love the bowl but don't use the dinner plate as I prefer a smaller pretty side plate. I am happy to give my dinner plate away if anyone in Brisbane would like it????- Attention ! Australian Sleevers
Misty you can put the Benefibre into anything, hot or cold. Glad to hear you are feeling so well and 13,000 steps already, WOWAccount
