  1. You are all so kind, thank you for your support and advice! I'm sip, sip, sipping...<3 surgery Dec 19
  2. Hello everyone! I've been lurking for some time, a post here or there. I had my surgery on Dec 19, AND got flu at the hospital. Yes folks, I am one lucky gal, hah! So far lost I've lost 19lbs, I can finally stand the smell of food but meeting my liquid and Protein requirements is just not happening. Would I be losing more weight if I were taking more in??? You are all so generous to post your tips here for me to learn from, and I will be very grateful for any and all advice offered. surgery Dec 19
  3. I just mentioned this to Hubby, and he gave me a very worried look, lol! I am so sorry that this happened to you, but thank you so much for the warning. Now he may rethink the giant bowls of ice cream he's been eating lately, hah!
