Hi all my August Sleevers Family I totally feel like I am a slow loser but I don't want to complain because I am totally loving the sleeve. I was on pre-op diet 8/13 weight was 316 sleeved on 8/27 weight was 302. Today's weight was 256. So since pre-op I have lost 60 pounds. Slowing losing or not I will take it I would have never been able to lose it on my own with out my sleeve:)

Guilty too 1 fun size snickers and 2 mini Hershey bars:(.... Only 9 weeks out!!!

Surgery 8/27 SW: 316 TW: 281 800 calories a day walk 2 miles a day Somewhat hungry Stay active I emotionally feel good I am glad I had the sleeve done

I am feeling pretty good other than the pain that comes and goes in my diaphragm area has anyone else had this problem??? It almost feels like some type of spasm idk..

Well surgery day is finally here so many emotions have to report to hospital at 11:30.. Sending thoughts and prayers to all being sleeved today see ya all on the losers bench....

Sending everyone prayers that is being sleeved tomorrow. I will definitely take before and after pics and post them. Thanks for the encouragement it has calmed me down!!

Well it has finally arrived tomorrow I will be sleeved I know everything will be fine. I am just starting with the "what if's" I am very nervous about being put under for surgery I know it is only less than 2 hours but still very nervous. Any suggestions to help me get past this. Thanks everyone love this site.

I can't believe my surgery will be here in 6 days. This week has been so emotional for me. Little nervous but very excited all in one. Anyone else going through these same emotions???

Today I started my 2 week optifast diet surgery is scheduled for August 27th. I can't believe it is almost here a lot of emotions running through me nervous and scared but also very excited. Anyone else getting surgery on the 27th?

August 27th my sleeve is being done so excited yet so nervous start optifast 8/13.

I am an August sleever 8/27 I am so excited but so nervous I have started to journal so I can write all my feelings, thoughts etc. I start optifast on 8/13.

Finally got my surgery date it seems like it has been eternity going through the classes and approvals I can't believe it is finally here . I start optifast 8/13. A part of me is so ready for surgery but another part is I am so scared I guess it is normal to feel all this emotions.
