  1. I am recently banded and have not had any fills yet so food is still an issue sometimes. I have a few cute outfits I bought a size or two smaller than what I can wear and when I get hungry I think about how much I want to fit into that smaller size. I keep one outfit out of the closet so its a constant reminder. It helps me from messing up and eating something I know I shouldn't. Another trick I have found is that I have an app on my phone to track calorie intake and calories burned with exercise. I make it a competition to keep the intake lower than the burned. Good luck!
  2. Haha...then we are in the same boat. I am pretty much just figuring it out as I go. Feel free to call or text me at 660-441-1339.
  3. Hey, Im from the Warrensburg area. Just got banded July 2 and would like to find someone nearby to talk who knows what challenges come with the band.
  4. Good luck! I was banded a week ago today and believe it was the best decision I could have made to improve my health.
