  1. I understand the feeling of rock bottom, i just had my band placed 7/2 and have not had a fill yet. i have been on a roller coaster of emotions and losing my emotional friend food has made things even crazier. try to let your body and mind heal some before you are hard on yourself
  2. eating is where i found my peace. unfortunately being a very emotional person, i needed to find peace a lot. plus probably genes looking at my family...
  3. Sorry for the struggle. I just had my lap-band on July 2nd. I have really been struggling too. it has to get better. everyone says it does. so i will just keep telling myself that too.
