  2. I have a huge, very noticeable dent in one of my incisions that looks like a belly button. I sucked my tummy in (LOL) too see if when I lost weight it would kinda even out. Nope. Does anyone else has this? Is the price for slimness two belly buttons? Thanks in advance for sharing. Ever bit helps give hope for a better future.
  3. I am 10 days out and have this constant ache between my shoulders. It also feels like my chest is a bit congested. Any one had these? Boy I wish I could afford a massage therapist...

  5. So I am 7 days out and for the last couple of nights I've had chills at night. Should I be concerned? Anyone else with this?
  6. Peppermint toothpaste. Trust me on this one. Some of the meds they give u are liquid and plain nasty. I thought i was gonna throw up but as soon as I brushed my teeth, the peppermint helped tons.
  7. Ever since I got home I can't sleep. It's like my mind thinks I should be resting an recovering from surgery, but my body disagrees. I also find that reading, watching tv or being on the Internet make a bit dizzy and uncomfortable. I feel like I am not interested in anything to keep me entertained until I recover and do more things. HELP!
  8. I am 5 days out too. How are u feeling? I got lots of gas in my chest,as well as one of my incisions once un a while feels like its pulling. There is a swollen area on d left side of my tummy...

  10. I think a pound a day is fantastic. Beyond fantastic. Be patient. Either way, wheter it takes a few more days or not, your lufe is gonna change, and you will never, ever weigh as much as you do now. Cheer up!!!!!
  11. I was sleeved Monday morning. That day I was surprised I could drink/eat comfortably. Yesterday, although 3 days out, I found it very uncomfortable to eat/drink. I could feel even small drinks like a ton of bricks in the pit of my stomach. What is going on???!!!!
  12. I am 42, have 2 great kids, a great boyfriend, and a great job. I was sleeved 4 days ago. I've spent an entire decade morbidly obese. Looking forward to my fabulous 40's.

  16. How are you feeling? I got home today. Besides yhe pain on the main incision site, what is really bothering me is the bubbles in my chest.
  17. Today I am 2 days out and was sent home. The doctor said to start a diet of blendef soups. I've had today 1/2 of lentils and a cup of Ciobani yogurt ( not at the same time), with no problems. I thought I was just expecting at this point to barely sip on water and broths. Any thoughts on this anyone?
  18. So when is your surgery? Mine istomorrow Monday 7/9/12.
