  1. Hi. I doubt ur band has a slipped just because u have heartburn If u can drink anything and it just comes up that means it slipped. If u have heartburn just go back to liquids for a few days and don't eat a few hours before bed.
  2. Hi. I've had it for quite a few years and it's normal at times. Your body is just getting used to it. Burping is natural. Have some low in sugar lemonade to help the burps out and you get that little sugar fix as well.
  3. We've all been there don't stress just go back to liquids for a few days and start from scratch. U probably just need another adjustment. It's going to be ok
  4. Hey...when u get a fill u should be on liquids for a few days after this adjusts ur appetite and you will get used to not eating in the morning until 10 and then having just a light lunch and dinner. 5. Hi...I've been banded for 5 years now. The thing I didn't ask my doctor is what's going to happen to you after the surgery. It's a hard question and one that people think is an easy answer. U will struggle but if u chat to your doctor you'll feel a lot more relaxed about it.
  6. Hi all, I have been banded for 5 years now. It's hard but if u work at it....it will be the best thing u have ever done in your life!! Good luck to all :-)
