    I am going through the process of getting the lap band surgery so I don't have any post op experience to give. I ordered the free sample and was impressed. There is a learning curve on cutting the strips to meet your body's needs. However, even after one day I found improvement and so have ordered two boxes since then. I think they are kind of pricey. With shipping and handling it comes to about $36 a box. They say you can reuse a strip up to five times or as needed. The longest I've use one strip is twice. I think the box has a strip of 10 inches wide and 30 inches long. I've used it for the skin-on-skin in the overhang of skin on the belly.
