  1. I am also 3 weeks out and had a piece of very thin crust cheese only pizza. I was able to eat it All except for the crusty end. I took small bites and chewed a lot. It wasn't really very much and I never felt sick or overly full. I wouldn't beat yourself up over it. We are eating so little calories one piece of pizza is ok. I just wouldn't do it everyday. I am finding that some carbs with protein make my belly feel waaaay better. My doctor told me once I was healed I could eat anything just in very small portions and will still lose. Not to count calories, just protein intake. I don't think a crazy diet with no calories is what our bodies need. We need fuel to survive. Just listen to your body. If it hurts don't do it! Yes it's a tool, but at this point you cannot eat too much not to lose weight. Hang in there, u can conquer this.
