  1. your poem was from the heart...and in some way, we`ve all lived a version of it! hope we all reach a goal and point in life where our outside beauty comes close to matching our inner beauty...if only others in the thinner world could see the way those here lay their heart apon their sleeve for everyone to see...they`d see past the weight to the true beauty we all possess!!
  2. hello everyone it`s a pleasure to meet you all *group hugs* just found this site by chance while cruising the internet for information on abdominoplasty surgeries... health issues from diabetis and a fallen bladder have put me in a predicament where 3 doctors are suggesting surgery to remove the apron of fatty tissue in order to quickly affect these concerns...i find myself worried since my weight is still hovering at 220 pounds (loss of 55 pounds previously). i`m worried about being rushed into a situation that may not be the right one ...i`m hovering between the fact that even after surgery i will still be overweight, and wondering if further weight loss may be a better first time approach. dilemna dilemna...lol..life just never is easy is it!! reading all your forums here, has given me food for thought..your stories of struggle and success have been an inspiration that has left me more confused then before. i was wondering if there are any other fellow canadians from the province of Ontario (near toronto)..that have had the lapband done that can refer me to a link or doctors site that they would recommend. (and also discuss the prices or ohip coverage available for the procedure) thank you in advance for your time and understanding. **keep your heads up strong and proud, for you are all venturing a path as terrifying and as rewarding as one can take!! Good Luck!!
