  1. Wow congrats! What Kaiser did you go to and who was your doctor? I'm just starting the process with Kaiser now
  2. Wow, congratulations! You look great!
  3. Good luck! I hope you have a speedy recovery
  4. I have Kaiser and am attending the class on July 13. My doctor was the one who told me about the class. I'm hoping that she will refer me to the program once I reach that point being that she is the one who told me about it! Good luck
  5. Hello all! My name is Christina and I am from northern California. I am just starting my process of trying to get the lap band. I have my class scheduled in July and excited to see where things go from here. I'm currently 5'1" and weight 225lbs. I know I need to lose 10% of my body weight before getting the surgery but I have no idea what to expect in this class. I'm going through Kaiser... anyone use Kaiser? Let me know your experience. Any tips and suggestions are welcome! I'm looking forward to reading success stories and tips on anything and everything.
