I'm taking gummy vitamins and taking biotin as well as washing my hair with shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair... what else can I do please help????

I am 12 weeks post op and have lost 40 pounds so far...my hair is falling out but what bothers me more are my legs... It's painful to move around.. Anyone felt this way?

Last night I was laughing so hard that I woke up sore on my left and right side!!! Has this happen to anyone? I am almost 5 weeks post op..

I have the same pain...if I am not wearing a girdle I have to hold my right side becuz even the slight touch of anything bothers that area .., I will be 5 weeks on Wed and it's getting better LITTLE BY LITTLE!!!! I will tell you when mine goes away.. I hope I wake up and the pain is gone!!!! It's not a major pain....just uncomfortable, numbness and tenderness... The pain comes when I bend or try to get up from the recliner

Yes well one is not but I put an extra bandade on the one that hurt... Oh and my girdle is not super tight.. Just kinda there for support ,..

I am wearing a girdle to help hold it... I can walk ok when I wear it .. If I don't wear it I have to hold my stomach in that area ... I have had this since day 1...the numbness is getting a little better but even at night when I go to bed and the sheets touch that area I quickly put my hand in between.., my dr said to give it time!!! I thought 4 weeks was enough but I guess not

I am 4 weeks post and I have that same pain on my right side.. Went to dr today and he said to give it time... It's very tender to the touch and sore... I have to hold it to walk

When did you all have a few chips and salsa ?

Is that Ur left or right side?

I am 4 weeks post op and my right side still hurts... I must hold it when I walk or move unless I wear a girdle... Oh and I still burp a lot oh and my stomach growls too..,, I am hopeful all this will go away in the near future

I just had 2 bites of Prime Rib cuz it's the softest and today I am 3 weeks post op

I had my sleeve 7/27 and my right side is still VERY tender and hurts... I am worried but my husband says it was major surgery give it 6 weeks at least... I'm on week 3
