    Banded 12/06/11 and had 1 fill. Saw Dr today and another 5lbs gone forever. Protein first is the key. 57lbs toward goal. I like nectar cookies n cream protein Pd as my Pd of choice. I add pb2, sf vanilla pudding and ice to blenders. Yummm
