    My Doctor's handbook has suggested menus and they suggest things like a 1/4 of a banana. I did not want to do that because the rest of the banana would brown, etc. Wal-Mart was my savior on that one when I found they sold miniature bananas that come in at around 2 oz. WooHoo!
