    hi, Yes, i have been told i need to have a 35+ BMI also and related issues, however its still not nice being as fat as i am. i really want to lose the weight but they wont let me have surgery .
    should i increase my weight to let them operate? i am going to pay privately

    Hi. My doctor said at 97kg and 5 foot 9in. I am too low BMI for vsg and suggestsa balloon instead.
    I'm worried a balloon not bea long term solution andI gain weight back when it comes back out.
    Otherwisei must gain 7 kg to get vsg.
